Facilitating with heart driven intention, my practices weave together the powers of body, mind & spirit. No shadows will be left behind, all of you is welcome here. I credit my own personal descent into the pains of trauma and shadow work as the tantamount, potent potion for my becoming & unravelling. The ‘divine feminine’ is within each of us, it is not something we learn but something we remember and embrace. She is ALL of you, dark, light and in between. Its an honor to rise with you dear one.

My name is Jessy, and I am a passionate dance and yoga teacher dedicated to the transformative power of vulnerability and connection. I believe that within each of us lies a radiant light waiting to be awakened. My mission is to create a sacred, nurturing space for you to explore the depths of your authentic self and embrace your unique journey. In 2019, I transformed my life by selling all my possessions and living in a van for a year in search of deeper fulfillment. This journey led me to my true calling: supporting others in discovering their own truth. Today, I create spaces for healing and self-expression through Shakti Dance, Vinyasa Yoga, Somatics, Ecstatic Dance and Ceremonial Cacao Rituals. Celebrating the vibrant magic that resides within you.
